Is there a free trial?
You can create a workspace and start on the free plan without paying. The pricing page lists what each plan includes. A 14-day trial of a paid plan is coming soon.
How is billing done?
Plans are billed monthly or yearly. Yearly billing gives you 2 months free. You see the full price, including GST, before you pay.
Do I get a GST invoice?
Yes. Add your GSTIN at checkout and your GST invoice carries your company details. Prices are shown in ₹, plus 18% GST.
Can I cancel?
A plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. Monthly payments are not refunded. Read the full Cancellation & Refund Policy for the exceptions.
Do I need my own AI key?
Yes, for now. Add your own key from OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini or Groq in settings. AI credits are not included yet.
Which accounts can I send from?
You connect your own Gmail or Google Workspace accounts. Outlook and custom SMTP are coming soon. Gmail sets its own daily limits, so your volume depends on how many sender accounts you connect.
Is my data safe?
Sender passwords and AI keys are encrypted before they are stored, and your account password is hashed. Your contacts stay in your workspace.
