Contact import and lists

Bring your list into Mailnex from a spreadsheet. Each import becomes a list you can send to.

What you can do

Import Excel (.xlsx) and CSV files, including large ones.
Mailnex finds the email column for you, even if the heading is not "Email".
Duplicates are skipped, so each email address is stored once.
Extra columns, such as company, city or role, become custom fields you can use in your emails.
Every contact has a status: pending, sent, replied or bounced.
Search, filter, edit and delete contacts one at a time or in bulk.
Each import shows how many rows were imported, skipped as duplicates or skipped as invalid.
